This Week at Calvin

Sunday, July 3 rd , Calvin CRC welcomes all to a time that has been set aside for the public worship of God:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit! Worship begins at 10 AM at 326 7t St SE, Le Mars.
Pastor Brian Hofman continues his exciting series of messages from Genesis and the story of Joseph.
This Sunday his text is from Genesis 39: 1 - 23. Miriam Hector will play an arrangement of “You Are My
All in All with Canon in D” on the piano. The songs of praise will be led by the praise team All For Him.
The songs include “Better is One Day”, “Yes I Will”, “We Are An Offering”, “You Are Mine”, and “Lead
Me, Guide Me”. All For Him musicians are Patrick Visscher, Steve Ver Mulm, Tessa Hofman, Lyn
Bulthuis, Bob Hughes, Ron De Kok, Jim Viet and Miriam Hector.
Each Sunday Pastor Hofman invites the children to come forward and visit with him before the reading
of scripture. He loves to get them involved with the sermon on their level.
All are invited to Bible League International Christmas in July. It will be held Monday, July 25, 1:30 PM at
Immanuel Christian Reformed Church in Orange City. There will be a silent auction to raise funds
supplying Bibles around the world.
On Tuesday, July 26 th Crossroads Prison Ministries Meet & Greet will be hosting a time of fellowship to
learn how you can get involved in this ministry opportunity. This will be held from 7:00 – 8:00 pm at
Faith Christian Reformed Church in Sioux Center.
Anyone needing prayer may call the church (546-4767) to be included in a prayer chain of prayer
warriors from Calvin.
