This Week at Calvin

Calvin Christian Reformed Church at 326 7 th St SE, Le Mars, IA welcomes all visitors to worship God
together. This Sunday Mr. Dan Tracy will fill the pulpit while Pastor Brian is on vacation. Dan is a friend
of Calvin filling the pulpit many times.
This Sunday the Boys in the Band will lead the music. Bob Hughes, Jim Viet, Ron De Kok and Bruce Smit
will lead all in the singing of some of their favorite songs.
This Sunday is also the Fellowship Dinner. The meat will be provided and grilled. Please add to the meal
by bringing a dish or two to share. Work Group #5 will be helping with set up, serving, and clean- up.
Please plan to attend the noon meal!
On June 19 th we will be celebrating communion.
VBS is slated for June 27 – 30: Monumental: Celebrating God’s Greatness. The registration has started.
Paper copies are in the church narthex. If you see this on Facebook, registration can be done online. All
the fun begins at 5:30 PM with a supper and ends at 8:00 PM. Children from ages 4 through completed
5 th grade may attend. Older children and adults are always needed to help with the younger ones. And
imagine! We all learn together about God’s Greatness! Please contact Kaitlyn Visscher or Tessa Hofman

The church office is open every Monday through Friday 10 to noon. CD’s of the services are available
under the mailboxes. Services can also be seen on YouTube of Calvin Christian Reformed church.
Our library has been set up in the basement. You are welcome to check out any of the titles you find
there. If anyone has books, CD’s, and or CVC’s to donate to the library it would be appreciated..
