This Week at Calvin

Calvin Christian Reformed Church, "A Caring Church, Reaching Community" (CCRC) welcomes all members and visitors to worship, education, care and fellowship, service, and stewardship for Go's growing kingdom. We are located at 326 7th St SE. We have plenty of room to socially distance.
Education classes are at 9:00 AM when everyone is awake and ready to grow in a relationship with Christ. There are classes for all ages. Worship begins at 10:00 giving everyone time to arrive and praise God for his salvation He has planned for us.
This Sunday Mr. Sherwyn Bolkema, lay pastor from Orange City will lead worship. Miriam Hector will provide a musical prelude and accompaniment to the hymns on piano and organ. Calling all to worship we will sing "Come Thou Fount". Songs of praise are "Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee" and ""I Will Sing of My Redeemer". Preparing for the reading of The Word we will sing a Getty song "Holy Spirit Living Breath of God". After the benediction we will sing an Asian tune with the words "May the Peace of Christ Be With You."
This week the Evening Bible Study will start a new study series "Growing Through Life's Challenges" by James and Martha Reapsome. A copy of the book is on the back window ledge. If you are interested in joining us for this study please contact Laura Grigsby at 712-541-7145. We would love to have you study with us!
Our services are available on our website on Monday at calvincrclemars.org, livestreamed on youbube or recorded on CDs placed under the mailboxes at church. The church office is open Monday through Friday 10 to noon. Offerings can be dropped off then, as well, or left in the basket in the narthex. We thank you for your gifts of God given resources.
